The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall and Flying Saucer Presents will host Louisiana singer-songwriter Tony Joe White live in concert on Saturday, December 3, 2016. This concert was rescheduled from its original date of September 2, 2016.

With a career that spans seven decades, Tony Joe White is known for his ethereal, Bayou guitar sound and the intense lyricism of his trademark swamp funk style. His latest album, Hoodoo, tells the story of his evolution from learning to play his father's guitar by ear to producing hits like "Polk Salad Annie" and "Rainy Night in Georgia" for Monument Records.

Over the years, his songs have been recorded by a range of musical artists — from Tina Turner to Elvis Presley and from Ray Charles to Etta James. He continues to gather new material and write new songs, finding inspiration in all parts of his life.

Admission: $43.50 for first six seated rows; $38.50 for all remaining seating.

Tickets purchased through TicketMaster for the original show date of Friday, September 2, have been automatically refunded. Tickets for the rescheduled date of Saturday, December 3, will need to be purchased, and are now on sale.
