The St. Augustine Amphitheatre presents ZZ Top in concert on Saturday, November 5, 2016. ZZ Top is not only the longest-running major rock band still with the original personnel, it has attained an iconic status that cannot be rivaled. The trio of Billy F. Gibbons, Dusty Hill, and Frank Beard first came together as a group in 1969, with their roots in American rock and blues. Their third album, 1973’s Tres Hombres, included the hit, “La Grange,” and brought the group to national attention.

Their iconography (the beards, the cars, the girls, and the magic keychain) made them a natural as a visual outlet for the early days of MTV. The list of their smash hits goes on and on, including “Gimme All Your Lovin’,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” and “Legs.” They have sold millions of records, have been officially designated as Heroes of the State of Texas, and are a certified rock institution.

Admission: Tickets are $94.00 for Seated Pit and Level 100; $69.00 for Level 200; and $54.00 for Level 300 and Obstructed View (see seating chart below).
