Katie Grace Helow was knocking around music before she started school, from the piano to drums to guitar, as she discovered her voice, and developed her own sound.

 The guitar riffs that singer/songwriter Katie Grace Helow plays reflect her voice, with a twinge of nostalgia and a mix of a more driving rock sound.

The Florida Chamber Music Project presents chamber music concerts, with some discussion about each piece and the composer.

The group — violinists Igor Khukhua and Patrice Evans, violist Susan Pardue, and cellist Laurie D. Casseday — are experienced in chamber and orchestral classical music and are members of the string section of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra.

Quarter Roy began at Flagler College when three student musicians met prior to the start of the school year. At first, they performed songs written by singer/guitarist/songwriter Gabi Yost, building an audience in Sarbez, Shangai Nobby's, Jacksonville, and the 2019 Sing Out Loud Festival. They had been scheduled to perform at the 2020 South X Southwest, which was cancelled.

With roots in Ohio and Nashville and a soul that feels at home on the sea and on the beach, singer/songwriter Joe Downing is welcome to audiences from Key West to Chicago to San Diego.

Raised in Palatka, Wes Register has sung and performed since he was a boy — first in the church and school choirs and bands, then in a band formed by his older brother, and then in his own bands (including the Paper City Hustlers). In addition, he has a strong solo act and performs frequently in St. Augustine.

Originally from Sweetwater, Tennessee, Joshua Worthy (AKA "Tennessee") says of his hometown, "We had a Walmart and one red light." Like many in the arts, Tennessee first played music for his own enjoyment and growth. After a while, he wondered whether there was more to life beyond Sweetwater and whether that "more" would allow him to make music for a living.

He headed south, Jacksonville was too big, but St. Augustine felt like a new home. (Albeit one with many red lights and more traffic than Sweetwater.)

Stephen Currence visits St. Augustine to bring his personal sound and style of acoustic guitar to the Ancient City.  For over two decades, this performing songwriter has supplemented his day job by playing gigs around Florida, adding his own acoustic sound to a great stage show.

With Stephen's smooth vocals and original music mixed in with covers, the sound draws crowds in off the street for family entertainment.

Todd and Molly Jones, a husband and wife singer/songwriting duo, first met when Molly was simply enjoying the music scene and listening to Todd. Until they had begun making music together, she had never thought of singing in public.
