Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Bruster's Real Ice Cream, located just north of downtown St. Augustine, serves 24 flavors of ice cream, homemade crunchy waffle cones, sundaes, and ice cream cakes, as well as yogurt and Italian Ice freshly made in the store every day.

In addition to the basics like vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, and butter pecan, Bruster's offers a large selection of other flavors, including sea salt caramel, coconut, and birthday cake. All of their flavors are available hand-dipped in cones or sundaes and in pints, quarts, and half-gallons to go.

Choose your ice cream on a house-baked waffle cone, or design your own sundae, selecting from a long list of toppings such as butterscotch, maple walnut, warm peanut butter, and strawberry. There are also a variety of signature sundaes on offer: strawberry shortcake, apple dumpling, hot fudge brownie, and the classic banana split. Milkshakes, floats, freezes, and ice cream sandwiches are also available.
