Flavor Palette has permanently closed.

Flavor Palette in Ponte Vedra Beach serves sandwiches and salads made from all fresh, high-quality ingredients in flavors from all around the world. Patrons can "create their own masterpiece" and top it all off with the unique condiments and sauces found at the restaurant's Flavor Station. Philadelphia Chef Tommy McDonough came up with the concept of an "international sandwich shop," and Flavor Palette is the delicious result.

Guests can choose salads and sandwiches from the menu or build their own from scratch. Signature sandwiches range from the Boss Hog ( a pork sandwich creation with salsa verde and black bean hummus on an Amoroso hoagie roll) to the Marrakesh Moroccan Chicken Pita, the Samurai wrap, and the Snappy Mac (a hamburger with blue cheese and arugula on a French Pantry Brioche bun).

Salad choices include the Rocket Fresh (arugula with snow peas, mint, radishes and almonds), the Orient (shredded cabbage, carrots, soba noodles, edamame, mango and cashews), and a classic Nicoise. There is also a kids menu available, with corndog bites, grilled cheese and a turkey sandwich.

Gelato, sorbets and ice creams are made fresh daily, with flavors ranging from a Death  by Chocolate Gelato to Limoncello Sorbet and chocolate chip mint ice cream.

Flavor Palette also serves artisan ice creams, thin-sliced onion rings, French fries, and soups, as well as beer and wine.
