The Happy Lemon Co. food truck serves the St. Augustine community and offers county fair-style, freshly squeezed lemonade items.

Classic menu items include lemonade, limeade, lemon lime, Arnold Palmer (iced tea and lemonade), and Shirley Temple (ginger ale and grenadine). Add-ons and specialty drinks are also featured.

They book and cater for corporate events, birthdays, holiday parties, weddings, and festivals.
