Now he teams up with Asador, Nick Carrera, bringing live-fire cooking to homes, venues, and events throughout Northeast Florida. This popular local chef and asador team brings St. Augustine an authentic - and original - Asado Dining Experience.
Now the duo offers this experience as a caterer to venues and parties all over the area. With the custom-designed 24-foot catering trailer, complete with a custom wood fire grill from Urban Asado, Chef Brown presents delicious food and a unique experience as every course is cooked over a live fire.
