Ancient Dunes Trail Hike
A guided hike through Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine.
A volunteer will lead a guided hike through the various ecosystems of Anastasia State Park, on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The hike of just one mile takes place along the more demanding trails as it will include the ancient dune system and the maritime hammocks, with an inevitable sloping landscape.
Guests are encouraged to bring binoculars, comfortable walking shoes, a camera, drinking water, bug spray, and sunscreen. The tour will meet at the Hilltop Picnic Area near the parking lot.
Admission: Free with park admission: $8.00 per vehicle (limit 8 people), $4.00 per single-occupant vehicle, and $2.00 for pedestrians, bicyclists, and extra passengers.
When: Friday, August, 26, 2022 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. This event is weather permitting.
