A Classic Theatre: Church & State

A Classic Theatre presents Church and State, from Friday, October 6 through Sunday, October 15, 2023. On Fridays and Saturdays, the play starts at 7:30 p.m.; on Sundays, the play starts at 2:00 p.m.

Written by Jason Odell Williams and directed by Haralyn Sharpe, this modern play tackles politics, a crisis of faith, and telling your truth. When a U.S. Senator experiences a crisis of faith during his campaign, he changes his message and creates challenges with his family, his constituents, and his campaign staff. Billed as a timely dramedy, the fast-paced play is thought-provoking, funny, and serious.
