Acclaimed reggae-rock groups Dirty Heads and SOJA with guests The Green and RDGLDGRN will return to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on June 10, 2017, in a concert presented by X102.9.

Dirty Heads has been known for blending extreme musical genres, from hip-hop to reggae and acoustic, for decades now. With their fifth self-titled album, the group has come into their own with a unique style and confident body of work. "It's the most core Dirty Heads album we've done," says Jared Watson, the vocalist who formed the band in 1996 with Dustin Bushnell (vocals/guitar), Jon Olazabal (percussion), Matt Ochoa (drums), and David Foral (bass).

The music of SOJA (formerly known as Soldiers of Jah Army) blends reggae, go-go, D.C. hardcore, Latin, rock, and hip-hop, and their albums have sold more than 200,000 copies. The band has headlined shows in over 20 countries and generated over three million Facebook fans and 65 million YouTube views. SOJA has toured with Dave Matthews Band, Incubus, 311 and has appeared at many major festivals, including Bonnaroo.

According to SOJA's lead singer, Jacob Hemphill, "Our goal as a band is to stick up for the human race. We see the world and we try to make it better in the limited time we have here." With such a clear philosophy behind their music, this DC-area band has been building a huge fan base since the group of friends started to play together back in middle school.

The Green was formed on O'ahu, Hawai'i, in 2009. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2010 and was awarded the iTunes Best Reggae Album of the Year. Their second album, Ways & Means, was #1 on the ITunes and Billboard Reggae charts. The band tours frequently, supporting acts like Rebelution, SOJA, and Damian Marley, and has performed at many festivals, including Vans Warped Tour, Wakarusa, Sierra Nevada World Music Festival, and California Roots Festival.
