The Limelight Theatre presents The Roommate from February 20 through March 8, 2020. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and at 2:00 p.m. on Sundays. There is a special Terrific Tuesday showing at 7:30 p.m. on February 25, 2020.

Due to popular demand, the Limelight Theatre has added two new performances of The Roommate -- on Saturday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m., and on Sunday, March 15, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.

Written by Jen Silverman and directed by Shelli Long, this dark comedy tells the story of two women in their mid-fifties who become roommates and whose lives are transformed by the relationship. The Roommate is a story of dark secrets and the power of change and renewal.

The Limelight Theatre production stars Beth Lambert and Hazel Robinson as the two roommates.

Admission: Regular admission tickets are $27.00 for adults, $25.00 for seniors (65 and over), and $22.00 for active/retired military, students 12 years and over, and handicapped accessible seating. Tickets are $17.00 for the Preview Night showing on Thursday, February 20, and the Terrific Tuesday showing on February 25, 2020. Visit here to purchase tickets online.

When: Performances are on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from February 20 to March 8, 2020. Showtime is at 7:30 p.m. except on Sundays, when there is a matinee showing at 2:00 p.m. The Preview Night is on Thursday, February 20, and the Terrific Tuesday showing is on Tuesday, February 25.

Two new performances of The Roommate have been added to the above schedule: at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, and at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2020.

Where: The Limelight Theatre is located at 11 Old Mission Ave. in the Uptown San Marco district. Free parking is available on the street and in the parking lot behind the theater.
