Pentecost Spirit Fest & Food Fair

Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church presents the Pentecost Spirit Fest & Food Fair on Saturday and Sunday, June 3 and 4, 2017. The fair will be held over the weekend of the Christian Pentecost, which is celebrated 50 days after Easter Sunday.

The fair will feature Greek cuisine and hospitality, with Greek dancing, music, coffee, desserts, and more. Additionally, the festival will showcase Orthodox Christianity in local parish life and ministries through family activities, church tours that will be conducted continuously on both days, and other opportunities to learn more about the faith.

Great Vespers will begin Saturday at 6:00 p.m., after which dinner will be served until 8:00 p.m. On Pentecost Sunday morning, an explanation of the Services of the Preparation of the Gifts will be held at 8:30 a.m., followed by Matins at 9:00 a.m. and the Divine Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. YiaYia's Kitchen will be open from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. The celebration of the Church's Feast Day will conclude with the Pentecost Kneeling Vespers.
