Chamber Music Series: Sunny (Kyeong Seon) Choi

The Romanza Festival presents a Chamber Music Series concert with Sunny (Kyeong Seon) Choi on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at noon, at Grace United Methodist Church.

This Concert

​Soprano Sunny K. Choi has performed extensively in Europe, South Korea, Asia, and the United States as an opera singer, recording artist, and soloist. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Voice Performance in Seoul, Korea, and is currently studying for a Doctor of Musical Arts at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas. 

In the program on May 6, Choi offers the audience a special opportunity to experience Korean culture and music. Choi presents the folk song Arirang, and instrumental music by contemporary Korean composers. This program looks at the artistry and nuance of music not rooted in the Western classical tradition.

This Romanza performance includes classical art songs and musical theater in an intimate chamber performance.
