The best of British rock will be live on stage at The Amp on Thursday, July 18, 2019. "The Royal Affair Tour" features British rock pioneers YES, Asia, John Lodge of the Moody Blues, and Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy, playing their classic hits and honoring a number of members of the original bands.
YES is represented by drummer Alan White, keyboardist Geoff Downes, vocalist Jon Davison, and guitarist and keyboardist Billy Sherwood, with Jay Schellen on additional drums. YES has sold over 50 million records total during their 50-year career, winning awards and influencing groundbreaking rock bands all over the world. Alan White, who was the drummer on Lennon's solo material including "Imagine," will perform a special tribute to John Lennon.
Asia will play several of their signature songs as well as a tribute to their late founding member John Wetton and a special performance by original guitarist Steve Howe. John Lodge will perform classic hits by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Moody Blues along with a tribute to the band's recently departed member Ray Thomas. Carl Palmer will honor the memory of his fellow Emerson, Lake and Palmer members Keith Emerson and Greg Lake, with vocals by British vocalist Arthur Brown.

Admission: Ticket prices are: $154.00 for Seated Pit Rows A through E; $104.00 for Seated Pit Remaining Rows and Level 100 Rows A through D; $84.00 for Level 100 Rows E through M and Level 200 Rows O through P; $64.00 for Level 200 Rows Q through Z; $54.00 for Level 300; and $44.00 for Obstructed View and General Admission Sections 301 and 304. Where: The Amp is located at 1340 A1A South in St. Augustine, FL 32080.
Parking Information: The Amp is located on Anastasia Island next to Anastasia State Park. Limited paid parking is available in the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Main Lot, but only with advance purchase of a Premium Parking ticket. Free satellite parking areas are located within one mile of the Amphitheatre, at R.B. Hunt Elementary and at Anastasia State Park (see map below).
Shuttle Information: The St. Augustine Amphitheatre shuttle system begins its run 45 minutes prior to show time. The shuttle will pick up event patrons at four designated shuttle stops: the R.B. Hunt Elementary School Soccer Field, the west entrance of the Anastasia State Park Main Parking Lot, the Loop at the Anastasia State Park, and the entrance of The Amp. Shuttles will run continuously until approximately 45 minutes after the scheduled start time of a concert. For anyone wanting to leave prior to the end of a show, shuttles will begin taking people back to the satellite parking areas one hour before the event is over. The driver will not depart from The Amp until the shuttle is more than 50% full.
