On Thursday, September 24, 2026, Bin 39 and Sing Out Loud host the inaugural Sip Out Loud from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bin 39 in St. Augustine.

Sip Out Loud

This relaxed and elegant evening includes wine tastings, local culinary treats from some of the area's favorite chefs, live music, and an art display from local artists.

The event features Talisman Wine from Sonoma County, and Proprietor Marta Rich presents Talisman's small-lot Pinot Noir and wines from five distinctive California vineyards: Dawson Vineyard, Dutton Ranch, Weir Vineyard, Starscape Vineyard, and Wildcat Mountain.

In addition, Bin 39's private cellar is open for the evening, pouring their discoveries and treasures, and St. Augustine Distillery offers their featured bourbon tasting, hosted by whiskey maker Dave Pickerell.

Culinary Offerings

At least three chefs from three acclaimed local eateries share their food and expertise during the event: Chef Norberto Jaramillo of La Cocina in Cellar Upstairs, Chef Michael Lugo of Michael's, and Chief Culinary Officer James Greaves and Executive Chef Jonathan Henri from the Roosevelt Room.

Musicians

Two musical performers with outstanding vocal qualities perform during the event:

Jolie: Raised in Jacksonville, singer and songwriter Jolie performs frequently in St. Augustine and throughout Northeast Florida.
Yael Zaza Flamenca: Shares her music in New York City and the Florida Coast. A singer, musician, and composer, her performances bring an international flavor to any stage she graces.

Event Details

Admission: $203.20, including fees, for general admission; $177.64, including fees, for St. Johns County residents. Purchase tickets on their website. Only 70 guest tickets are available.
