  In the food court at the Outlet Mall, I expected a pre-packaged Southwest Fried Chicken salad, but the young lady asked if there was anything listed on the menu description I DIDN'T want in my salad. And when it came, it was exactly to my wishes! Even a fresh hard-boiled egg. The chicken was crisp and hot, and not just a few sprinkled on the top, but thoroughly mixed into the salad down to the last bite. 3 containers of dressing too--no scrimping on those! A pleasant surprise all around.
