AltaMarea, the Italian phrase for "high tide" features local seafood served in Mediterranean inspired dishes. Offering fresh house-made pasta, a raw bar, fine wines, and meals made with local ingredients, AltaMarea showcases Italy's Tuscan Coast cuisine.

Seafood specialties include an appetizer of Tuna Cannavacciuolo, and main courses such as Wine-Grazed Octopus, Local Grouper prepared with Calabrian chili butter, and Open Lobster Raviolo are menu highlights. In addition, they offer meat dishes and note when an item is gluten-free.

AltaMarea has a sister restaurant, Terra & Acqua on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine.
