County Road Provisions

County Road Provisions is a food truck that prepares smoked provisions one day a week and offers catering for anywhere between 20-500 people.

Starting with only a barbecue pit on the side of the country road, the County Road Provisions family has continued to build a faithful following.  The barbecue pit has become a food trailer and enables more Central Texas brisket and homemade sausage to be enjoyed by more hungry people every week.
