Cousteau's Waffle and Milkshake Bar, located in the heart of Historic Downtown, serves true Belgian waffles and hand-spun milkshakes.

Waffles such as the Jaguar Shark (maple syrup, bourbon whipped cream, and candied pecans/bacon) and the Life on Mars (coconut ice cream, espresso whipped cream, mocha drizzle, and toasted coconut) have become favorites. There are endless toppings to select from: Nutella, various fruits, cinnamon apples, candied pecans/bacon, peanut butter, and brownie crumbles.

Milkshakes are served with soft-serve ice cream and add-in toppings as well. Fun flavors include the Calypso (key lime pie, vanilla base, and graham cracker crumbs) and the Papa Steve (blackberry cheesecake blended with a homemade blackberry sauce).
