Jefe's Fish Wagon, a food truck parked at Hornski's Brewing Co., draws inspiration from backroad fish camps and seafood shacks. From the creative minds of the local favorite restaurant, The Floridian, the owners established a menu featuring customizable entrees and delicious sides to pair.
Customers pick their choice of protein (fresh catch, tuna, salmon, shrimp, and tofu), and setup (burrito, plate, sandwich, and salad). Sides include the Hoppin' John (black-eyed peas with onions, peppers, rice, and house Datil sauce), Lil' Salad, and Hurricane Fries (chipotle mayo, chimichurri, and house Datil sauce).
Opt for a simple chips and meal deal—Beet Poke, Pickled Pepper Shrimps, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pickin' Plate (sample of salsa, hummus, and other sauces), and Poisson Cru (Polynesian ceviche).
It's open daily at noon.
