The Saucey Pig offers barbeque platters, sandwiches, combo plates, and meat by the pound. Their weekend only menu includes chicken, pork, St. Louis ribs, brisket, and sausage. Sides include baked beans, greens, mac 'n cheese, and coleslaw.
Occasional specials can include a saucey voodoo lasagna.
The Saucey Pig is available for catering.
We suggest that hungry folk call before heading to the Saucey Pig on the weekends to make sure they still have food or haven't trucked to a different location to feed the crowd at a special event.
