The Saucey Pig offers barbeque platters, sandwiches, combo plates, and meat by the pound. The weekend-only menu includes chicken, pork, St. Louis ribs, brisket, sausage, baked beans, greens, mac 'n cheese, and coleslaw.
Occasional specials include a saucey voodoo lasagna.
The Saucey Pig is available for catering.
Guests can call ahead on the weekends to make sure there is still food available and to verify that the truck hasn't moved to a different location for a special event.
