Vilano Bridge 5K & 10K

The annual Vilano Bridge 5K and 10K Run/Walk starts at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026. The one-mile Fun Run takes place immediately afterward.

The course takes runners over the Vilano Bridge with beautiful views of St. Augustine, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the ocean. The 10K route includes Vilano Beach residential streets and the grounds of the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. Both runs begin and finish at North Shores Community Park, where there will also be a post-race celebration with food, beer, music, drawings, and activities for the kids

Beneficiary

Each year, proceeds from this event support the North Shores Improvement Association. This year, a portion of the event's proceeds will also be donated to the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind.

Event Details

Registration:  Fees range depending on the date purchased, from $30.00 to $45.00 for the 5K and from $35.00 to $50.00 for the 10K. The Fun Run is $15.00 until March 27, and increases to $20.00 on race day. Register online to reserve a spot in this year's race. You are guaranteed a t-shirt if you register before March 13.  

Packet Pickup:  

1. Thursday, March 26, and Friday, March 27, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at North Shore Improvement Association Community Center, 120 Meadow Ave, Vilano Beach, Florida 32084
2. Friday, March 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 1st Place Sports in three locations: the Baymeadows Store, 3931 Baymeadows Road, Jacksonville; the Jacksonville Beach Store, 424 S. 3rd Street, Jacksonville Beach; and the 210 Store, 2220 County Rd 210 West, St Johns, FL 32259
3. On race day, March 28, from 6:00 to 7:30 a.m. 

When: Saturday, March 28, 2026; the 5K and 10K begin at 8:00 a.m., and the one-mile Fun Run takes place immediately afterward. 

Where: The athletic field behind North Shores Improvement Association Community Center , 120 Meadow Avenue, Vilano Beach

Race Timing and Scoring: The race will be chip-timed by the Race Results Chip Timing System.
