The St. Augustine Amphitheatre presents alternative indie rock group Ween live in concert on Sunday, October 14, 2018.
In 2016, four years after their last performance, Ween reunited and instantly sold out three shows. They followed that up with major festival appearances and the release of GodWeenSatan: Live, their first live album since 2008.
Ween was originally formed by Aaron Freeman and Mickey Melchiondo, Jr. in New Hope, PA. The band has taken on cult status with a huge fanbase all over the world, and are known for their amazing live shows. Over their 30-year career, Ween has morphed its style from rock and psychedelic to punk, alternative, and even country.
Ween consists of Gene and Dean Ween alongside longtime band members Claude Coleman, Jr. (drums), Dave Dreiwitz (bass), and Glenn McClelland (keyboards).
