Asado Life

A full-service, experience-driven, waterfront restaurant known for live-fire dining, Asado Life's passion is to create Argentinian inspired fare along St. Augustine's San Sebastian River.

An asado is a social event where diners enjoy South American barbecue together with friends and family. It's a traditional event celebrated especially in Argentina, a country known for their meat dishes.

The dining experiences at Asado Life include the waterfront or dining room asado, barcuterie, gaucho-style asador's club, chef's table experience, and the collaborative dining room. These experiences range from $39 to $169 and reservations must be made as Asado Life only prepares what has been ordered in advance. Additionally, while seafood and vegetables are part of the asado menu, each meal is a prix fixed and the menu is determined by the chef.

Asado Life offers a market lunch menu to eat there or to take to-go from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Sunday. 

Asados are planned in advance and only those cancellations or changes made three days prior to the event can be honored. Diners can call (904) 217-8871 for a reservation and here they will be walked through the various dining experiences and menu options. Asado Life is available for parties and celebrations.

Asador Club and Barcuterie guests must be 21 or older. Supervised children are welcome at the waterfront and inside dining spaces. Asados happen rain or shine. No outside beverages are allowed.
