Conrad's Steakhouse in St. Augustine is owned and operated by a husband and wife team who specialize in steak and seafood dishes.
Conrad Martin, Chef of Conrad's Steakhouse, is a native of Spain who received his professional culinary training in Switzerland. Conrad's wife, Mary, is a native of Boston and worked as a private cook for families on Nantucket. Before moving to St. Augustine, Conrad and Mary owned the Chateau Madrid on Florida's west coast. Together, they have established a St. Augustine restaurant that serves an extensive menu featuring meat and seafood dishes, in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
Conrad's Steakhouse offers a variety of menu items for the whole family including U.S.D.A. steaks and chops, Beef Stroganoff, Pork Medallions, and Roast Duck. Seafood options include Crab Cakes, Lobster Tail, and Seared Salmon. This restaurant's menu also includes pasta, chicken and a large array of salad choices. A variety of wines and their signature Spanish Sangria are available by the glass, carafe, and bottle.
Conrad's is open Tuesdays through Fridays for lunch (11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and dinner (5 – 9 p.m.). On Saturdays and Sundays, Conrad's is open for dinner only, from 5 – 9 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
