Late Risers has long been a successful and sought after food truck in St. Augustine and St. Johns County. Now, chef and owner Elizabeth Simms brings her classically trained techniques and meals to the St. Johns Golf Club. Late Risers at St. Johns Golf Club is open daily to the public.

Menu items include fresh-roasted local vegetables, thick juicy burgers, fresh shrimp, home-made waffles, and elevated entrees. They offer a grab and go menu when the bar is open: Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Lunch is available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and their full menu is available on Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They offer a brunch menu on Sunday. The Late Risers Bar and Grille has a full bar and seating inside on the deck overlooking the links. They offer Happy Hour Specials from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m, every Thursday and Friday.
