A curated menu featuring locally sourced ingredients—flatbreads, seafood, burgers/sandwiches, and salads—is presented by executive chef Niko Delgado. Samantha Munn, head pastry chef, also creates unique dishes such as apple rosette, chocolate twist, and prickly pear coconut meringue tart.

They close at 3:00 p.m. and reopen at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday for dinner preparation.
