Founder and chef Forrest Masters is committed to plant-based healthy diets and experienced in creating healthy recipes rich in nutrients and pleasing to the palate. Sprout Kitchen Cafe's daily menu includes smoothies, cold pressed juices, organic smoothie bowls topped with fresh fruits and vegetables, avocado toast, and snacks.
Each Wednesday, Sprout Kitchen Cafe offers seasonal lunch specials, such as baked falafel burgers, curry cashew salad, mushroom "meat" balls and noodles, and split pea soup.
Sprout Kitchen Cafe uses food packaging made from wheatstraw fibre.
