A Reimagined Community Marketplace

Mall 2121, located just south of Historic Downtown, is a reimagined retail space with a focus on giving back. Formerly known as the Ponce de Leon Mall, the building has been updated and rebranded to suit its evolving purpose: to serve as both a marketplace and a mission-driven destination.

Today, Mall 2121 houses a variety of locally owned businesses and pop-up vendors. It remains one of the few indoor shopping centers in the region, providing a climate-controlled, family-friendly space to browse and connect with local businesses and artisans.

Shop with a Purpose

In addition to supporting local businesses, Mall 2121 operates under a “Shop with a Purpose” model. A portion of its proceeds goes toward supporting more than 30 international and humanitarian initiatives. This initiative supports everything from digging freshwater wells in underserved regions to supporting anti-trafficking efforts abroad.

Local Businesses & Artisan Vendors

Inside Mall 2121 there are a variety of locally owned businesses and artists. Local favorites include Coconut Barrel, Lala’s Creamery, and Salty Flamingo.

Coconut Barrel is the largest artisan market in Northeast Florida and spans three storefronts, showcasing handcrafted goods from more than 200 local artisans. Not far away, Lala’s Creamery serves hand-rolled ice cream in creative, made-to-order flavors, while Salty Flamingo offers curated boutique apparel and accessories.

In addition to these businesses, Mall 2121 is also home to fitness programs, salons, and rotating pop-up shops. As vendors and offerings change throughout the year, each visit to Mall 2121 feels like a new experience.
