Elevate Food Truck has Permanently CLOSED.

Elevate Food Truck, permanently situated on the bank of the San Sebastian River, offers only plant-based meals created to tempt anyone's palate.

From bowls to taco platters, to smoothies — Elevate prepares meals and snacks that are all vegan, with many gluten-free options. In addition to their meals, Elevate Food Truck makes cookies (with gluten-free varieties) and special frozen treats for their four-legged, tail-wagging customers. 

They are open for lunch through the dinner hour, Tuesdays through Saturdays. They have a covered deck overlooking the river or will pack meals to go.
