Located on Hotel Amalga's rooftop, Hugo's Bistro serves elegant bites and cocktails for both hotel guests and visitors.
Try an appetizer for the table: lamb lollipop, firecracker shrimp, calamari, and various flatbreads (grilled steak with caramelized onions, goat cheese, and grilled chicken and pesto).
Soups (tomato and broccoli) and salads (Burrata Caprese, Candy Pecan, and Caesar) are available.
Entrees include steak, fish and chips, orzo, and crab cakes. Add a side of fried brussels, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and fries.
End the meal with a sweet treat such as: crème brûlée cheesecake, triple-layer chocolate mousse, sea salt caramel cheesecake, and flourless chocolate torte.
A full bar is also onsite.
Food is served from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The bar is open from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m.
