Ice Plant, a vintage-inspired bar and restaurant in St. Augustine, is located in a building that functioned as an ice plant in the 1920s. Known for their craft cocktails, Ice Plant serves creative concoctions like the "Flagler Billionaire" or the "Florida Mule.” By incorporating heirloom sugar cane into the drink specials, Ice Plant nods to Florida’s long history with sugar cane.

The bar has an impressive array of ice, including three kinds of ice makers to produce delicious and refreshing frozen drinks.
