Ice Plant, a vintage-inspired bar and restaurant in St. Augustine, is located in a building that functioned as an ice plant in the 1920s. Known for their craft cocktails, Ice Plant serves creative concoctions like the "Flagler Billionaire" or the "Florida Mule.” By incorporating heirloom sugar cane into the drink specials, Ice Plant nods to Florida’s long history with sugar cane.
In addition to serving craft cocktails, Ice Plant is also a farm-to-table restaurant. They offer dishes like hand-cut fries, fresh sandwiches, local seafood, and more. Ice Plant is open for lunch and dinner.
