Latitude, formerly Sainte-George Restaurant, is located near the historic City Gate. This Latin fusion steakhouse merges flavors from all over the world—"Soul of Colombia and Mexico, freshness from the tropical seas, and tradition of the American steakhouse."
They serve brunch, lunch, and dinner specialties, with indoor seating on the first and second floors and outdoor seating on the second-floor covered deck.
Starters include housemade corn bread, fried calamari, empanadas, plantains, and chorizo Antioqueño (Colombian smoky sausage). Light salads and soups are available.
Featured entrees offered are ceviche, grilled octopus, burgers/sandwiches, and various steaks (ribeye, boneless short rib, filet mignon, and New York strip). Order a signature plate: Latitude Special Chicken, Churrasco Steak with Caramelized Onions, and Contemporary Bandeja Paisa (red beans, steak, chorizo, pork rind, rice, sweet plantain, fried egg, and avocado).
Brunch is available until 2:00 p.m. daily—chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, pancakes, and a traditional breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and hash browns).
A full bar is also onsite serving house cocktails, wine, beer, and seltzers.
