Der Pretzel Haus has been operating since 1995, serving their fresh-made pretzels at hundreds of fairs and events throughout the U.S. Now, they have a location in St. Augustine, where they make and sell fresh pretzels to locals and visitors in St. Augustine, and online to their many fans.

The Pretzel Lady caters events from office parties to weddings and is committed to maintaining an active year-round business in her hometown. Still, the fair trailer is tucked behind the shop, ready for the next fair and event season. 

The Pretzel Lady takes special orders for parties and gifts.
