Fuzion 904 Eatery creates an exceptional dining experience by blending ingredients found in French, Italian, American, and Japanese cuisine.

Caprese salad, steakhouse wedge salad, and French onion soup are available on the "Finer Side" menu. Entrees such as prime filet mignon, duck stroganoff, coconut curry salmon, and others are also available. 

The "Bar Menu" appetizers include pretzel sticks, shrimp, pickle chips, eggplant, and chicken wings. Guests can also choose from salads, burgers, ribs, clams, and pork chops.

Visitors can enjoy thin, vegan, or gluten-free crust at Hillary's Chicago Pizza.

With cheese pizza, deep-dish pizza with sausage, vegan pizza, or spinach mushroom deep-dish pizza with provolone, visitors have a variety of meal options to enjoy.

Aside from pizza, garden salad, soups, Italian beef sandwiches, and chips are on the menu. Visitors can chase their meals down with soda, sweet tea, lemonade, or Kombucha.

Cleverly renovating a mobile trailer and transitioning the space into a bar and lounge, The Mainsail provides signature cocktails in a cozy environment. 

Guests can kickstart their evening with the Seven Seas Margarita or a Red Sky Mojito. Guests can also get wind in their sails with the Windward Whiskey, made from honey and grapefruit. 

Some other drinks on the menu include El Dorado, Pain Killer, The Sea Breeze, and Sailor's Delight, which provides a fusion of rum, lemon juice, and honey.
