Serving lunch and dinner, Cap's on the Water features an Old-Florida atmosphere and food with distinctly southern touch. Cap's offers waterfront dining on the covered deck, inside seating with views through and large-paned glass windows, and seating at the Oyster Bar for those interested in a quick bite or while waiting for a table. Whether dining inside or out, Caps offers a setting for a romantic night out or a special intimate celebration dinner — with a view of the sunset.
The menu at Cap's features appetizers such as She Crab soup, raw oysters on the half shell, and a cheese platter with four cheeses and fig bread. In addition to daily fresh catch served seared, crusted, or blackened, the dinner menu offers sea food and land food favorites such as Vanilla Grouper, Jambalaya, and Wild Mushroom Risotto. A number of the menu items are gluten-free. Many of the same appetizers and meals are offered during lunch, as are sandwiches served on a Martin's Dutch potato roll. A kid's menu and a dessert menu are available for lunch and dinner.
Cap's has a full bar and an excellent selection of wines and beer. Cap's offers complimentary valet parking that allows them to fit more cars in their lot. They do not accept parties of more than 6 people, and only allow trained service animals in their restaurant or on the deck.
This waterfront restaurant is tucked away on the Intracoastal Waterway down a small residential street, providing an intimate setting with fantastic views.
