    This was our first time eating here. When you walked into the place you felt as if you were not wanted there. The staff was not friendly at all. The food was good, but the portions are small for the price. Our waitress was very cold and unfriendly and made us feel as if we were bothering her. I will not return nor will I recommend this place.

    Me and my fiance live close by to this restaurant and we absolutely adore it. We were a bit wary because of some negative reviews but were pleasantly surprised as new customers! Now we visit weekly. My faves are the dancing dragon roll and Sesame chicken! The food goes beyond our expectations and the customer service is always amazing. Ignore the negatives and try Lemongrass you won't be disappointed!

    Being pregnant, I ordered a special roll not knowing that the fish would be raw. When my platter was brought out, I asked if I could have the fish cooked or if I was able to order something else. I was told that I could order something else but the owner came out and told me that I would still have to pay for the special roll because 'they already made it.' For the owner to come out and tell a customer that they have to pay for a meal because it has already been made, even when the customer is not able to eat it because of a certain ingredient, is not quality customer service. I have been to other restaurants and have seen customers have their meal replaced because they didn't like the taste or it wasn't what they expected without being charged. I left the restaurant crying. I will not be coming back. Their Thai Tea is mediocre. I cannot say how good the food is because my husband and I lost our appetite. We took our food to go but ended up throwing it away because we would loose our appetite because of the bad experience that we had. For those that are big on customer service, I would not recommend eating here.
