Located on Anastasia Island, the Taco Fix food truck serves various Mexican cuisine dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Order a signature taco, burrito, quesadilla, and bowl by selecting a protein (pork, steak, fish, and al pastor) and filling (guacamole, fries, pickled onions, pickled jalapeños, and cheese).
Add a side of rice, pinto beans, and elote. Salsa (red or green, mild and hot choices) and cream choices (lime cilantro and roasted jalapeño) are available.
They're open Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Taco Fix is closed from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. to prepare for dinner.
