  • A full-service Italian restaurant, The Chianti Room at 60 Charlotte Street provides table service in a lovely dining room area characterized by old-world charm. Guests may dine at a table or booth, at the full-service bar, at the bar overlooking the kitchen, or on their dining deck. The main entry is from the Charlotte Street, but those in the know often enter Pizzalley's on St. George and walk through a long hallway to enter the restaurant from the back.

    Appetizer favorites include bruschetta, calamari, crab cakes in roasted garlic and red pepper sauce, as well as Caprese and antipasto salads. Some highlights of the entrée menu are veal piccata, Italian pot roast, mixed seafood pescatore, and a variety of pasta dishes. They also have a full bar and offer an extensive wine list. For those who simply want to enjoy a great pizza, the Chianti Room serves pizza in the dining room or to go. If gluten is a problem for someone in the party, they offer a 10" gluten-free pizza and many other gluten-free options.

    The Chianti Room has seating at a small bar and dining service at a counter near the open kitchen, as well as tables and booths inside — plus tables on the deck. Happy hour specials are from 3:00–6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday when all drinks are two-for-one (top shelf included), come with a free slice of cheese pizza and $5.00 off your first pizza.

    My husband and I loved this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was fabulous and the Italian lemonade was awesome. The next time we are in St. Augustine, we will definitely go back.

    My husband and I were in St Augustine celebrating our 29th Wedding Anniversary. We stopped into the Chianti Restaurant before our long drive home. We were amazed how nice all the employees were. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy - and they DID NOT know we were there for a special occasion. So that tells me they treat everyone with the best service ever! The food was outstanding!! This has become a must stop on our next trip to St Augustine. :D BEST PIZZA EVER! ! We had the garbage can :D

    my wife and i went there on a whim one afternoon for lunch. the capresi sald was amazing. she loves them and said that it was the best she had ever had. the pizza was one of the best that either of us had ever had. a matter of fact we talked about them ever sice and will going back whenever we are in st augistine.

    Went for Happy Hour and stayed and ate at the bar. Larry the Bartender was so hospitable, friendly and down right nice. Will be back the next time I'm up that way.
