Cidersmith, located in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district, brews up to 10 house-made ciders and offers beer, wine, and food. The restaurant has everything from a tasting room and a cider-making room to indoor and outdoor dining.
The tasting bar is free for three cider samples, and $5.00 to try all of the ciders onsite. Try a few of the staple and rotating flavors—key lime strawberry, peach tea, blueberry, pineapple, sour apple, and vanilla cinnamon.
Appetizers for the table include cheese curds, fried calamari, cider-braised meatballs, and a Bavarian pretzel. Salads and an assortment of waffle fry creations are available: poutine style, buffalo chicken, bacon cheese, and BBQ pork.
Main course meals feature flatbreads (chipotle chicken, fig and prosciutto, and Philly cheesesteak), mac-n-cheese (lobster, Philly, veggie, and buffalo chicken), and wings (cider BBQ, maple sriracha, garlic parmesan, and Cajun ranch).
Enter from 13 Spanish Street or 18 St. George Street. They are open daily at 11:00 a.m.
