Pecan Craft Kitchen is dedicated to serving wholesome fare for the purpose of nourishing, boosting, and optimizing the mind and body. The restaurant reduces their environmental impact by supporting and sourcing from local farms—freshly harvested fruits/vegetables and ethically-raised fish/poultry.
Cooked on a pecan-fired asado grill, the food is enhanced with plentiful flavor and a smoky taste that's unique to each plate. Lunch and dinner menus are chef-curated and feature a twist to Southern dishes.
Share an appetizer with the table: pecan cornbread, grilled sweet potato minis, datil pepper pimento cheese, and a cheese board. Light soups and salads are also available.
Choose from their flatbreads (BBQ Chicken, Grilled Mushroom, and Florida Shrimp Coco-Datil) and handhelds (burger, chicken sandwich, mushroom melt, and fish sandwich) selections.
Platters and main entrees include half or whole chickens, pecan-fired fish, BBQ chicken, salmon, and shrimp and grits.
