Arts and culture are big in St. Augustine. The arts scene boasts a vibrant community of art galleries, theatres, orchestras, ballets and more. The oldest city shines under the lights of the stage! Popular performers from all over the world come to St. Augustine. Local, national and international artists fill the walls of St. Augustine’s art galleries and exceptional regional actors perform hit shows at the Limelight Theatre. Local history is a large component of St. Augustine’s culture as well, and these heritage events include exciting live re-enactments, living history interpretations, celebratory parades and more.
