The Blue Parrot, from the same owners as Sailbird Distilling Company, offers a cocktail bar in a premium lounge in the Uptown area. Experience a nautical vibe with various St. Augustine artwork—Lighthouse and the Castillo de San Marcos—featured throughout the space.

A back patio is also onsite for you to enjoy your handcrafted drink and smoke a cigar.

They are open Wednesday through Sunday from noon until late. Check their website and social media pages for live music updates.
