To celebrate their 75th Diamond Anniversary, the Lightner Museum begins with a New Year's Eve Gala on December 31, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The Lightner Museum opened in the former Hotel Alcazar on January 1, 1948, so it's fitting that they begin their Diamond Jubilee year as clock chimes the New Year in 2023.
Guests have two choices for celebrating at this optional black tie event: attend the dinner and cocktail hour and stay for the countdown, or join the party at 10:00 p.m. and dance, drink and celebrate the new year. All guests must be 21 or over.
